    Some days it’s a walk. Some days it’s the gym. I’m not aiming for perfection—just consistency.
  3. Strength Training (Beginner Level)
    I’ve started using light weights at the gym to build strength. Nothing complicated—just learning as I go.
  4. Drinking More Water
    This sounds basic, but it makes a big difference in how I feel and how much I eat.
  5. Focusing on Progress, Not Perfection
    I’m not giving up after a bad day. I’m just starting again the next day.
