I’m 60 years old, a wife of 40 years, a mom of three, and a proud grandma. Life has been full, busy, and meaningful—but like many women, I reached a point where I knew I needed to take better care of my health.
I didn’t want extreme diets or overwhelming workout plans. I wanted something realistic—something I could actually stick with.
So I started making simple changes:
• Moving more
• Learning how to eat better without feeling deprived
• Building strength step by step
